Happy Black History Month! We will be learning about the many important contributions African Americans have made past and present. We will also celebrate our 100 Days of School on Friday, February 7th. Students are welcome to bring 100 of any school friendly item.
We will celebrate Valentine’s Day on Friday, February 14th. Please provide your student with an individually wrapped candy to give to their six friends.
It is Cold & Flu season. If you have not already done so, please purchase disposable mask for students. Nightly hygiene is a priority. We wash hands repeatedly at ZCA, if you have not already done so, please send hand lotion, lip balm and three-layer face mask. The mask may make their lips dry. Place these items in a Ziploc bag with your child’s name on the bag to be placed in their cubby.
We will meet Wednesday, February 19th at 4:30pm regarding our academic trip to Washinton, D.C May 12th – May 15th. You are welcome to bring transportation ideas for the number of people from your family that will be in attendance. One (1) parent from each family is required.
